html5demo-sdk-v1.0.tar.gz and 
html5demo-sdk-v1.1.tar.gz
got deleted because of publishing mistakes. The new version
v1.2 includes all states of the former two in the git history.
So the states can be reproduced. The archives were deleted as
they included information in the git history which could not be
published.
