PHYTEC VM-017 phyCAM-L for BSP-Yocto-FSL-i.MX8MM-PD21.1.0

1. Do the steps describt in "README.md" for install the VM-017/117 driver

2. blacklist "ar052x" driver
   target$ vi /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
   added following lines:
         blacklist ar052x
   save "blacklist.conf" and restart
   
3. Copy the "start-vm-017-l.sh" into the /root/ directory (change the attributes)

4. Start initialization VZ018 and VM-017 and load now the drivers
    target$ ./start-vm-017-l.sh
	
5. Now the driver for the VM-017 phyCAM-L is laoded and can be used.
