How to activate the:
- mt9v032-color camera driver (VM-010-COL - camera series)


You can only one of the camera patches activate!


for PD15.2.0 linux i.MX6 phyCORE BSP

1) Check out BSP PD15.2.0 for phyCORE-i.MX6 linux and install/compile the sources appropriate instruction guide for YOCTO BSP

2) Per default you have a device tree for the "VM-010-BW-LVDS"

3) For generate a new device tree with the VM-010 Kamera follow this steps:

4) Load the Patch "0003-Devicetree_for_VM-010-COL-LVDS_at_i2c_0x48_with_27MHz.patch" for VM-010-COL - series from PHYTEC ftp

5) Move the patch into directory "\build\tmp-glibc\work\phyboard_mira_imx6_3-phytec-linux-gnueabi\linux-mainline\3.19.5-phy6-r2.0\git\arch\arm\boot\dts\..."

6) Start for appliance the pach the command:
- git am <pfad/patch> 


7) Go to your workpath and compile the device tree new:
- bitbake virtual/kernel -c compile --force
- bitbake virtual/kernel -c deploy -f

8) Load the new xxx.dtb datei on your controller board


* We recommend to use the gstreamer scripts for testing.
  The VM-010 has more gstreamer scripts in the .../more_mt9v024_scripts/ - directory.
